Stitching Kindness: Students Crochet for a Cause

By Williston Post Staff

Four Willets Road sixth graders recently put their creativity to work for a great cause through the "Crochet for a Cause" program at Shelter Rock Public Library.

Over four weeks, the students learned how to crochet and worked together to create scarves that will be donated to those in need.

Their hard work, teamwork, and kindness turned a new skill into a meaningful community service project. We're so proud of these students for using their talents to help warm both hearts and hands! 🧶❤️
