East Williston Schools Welcome Students Back for New School Year

East Williston Union Free School District welcomed students back to classrooms for the start of the new school year, kicking off another year of learning, growth and connection across the district.

North Side School, Willets Road School and The Wheatley School were filled with excitement as students returned, reconnected with friends and teachers, and settled into their new classrooms and routines.

As one of the first school districts on Long Island to begin the academic year, East Williston celebrated a successful opening day across all three schools.

The district thanked families, faculty, staff and the wider school community for helping make the first day a positive and memorable one for students.

With classrooms once again filled and the school year underway, students and staff are looking forward to the opportunities and experiences ahead.
