North Side School Casino Gala Sponsorship Opportunity
The North Side School in East Williston is hosting its largest fundraising event, the Casino Gala, at The Royalton at Roslyn Country Club on January 29th, 2026.
Its success depends heavily on the generosity of sponsors and donations that generate the excitement of auction and raffle baskets. Each year, community organizations, local businesses, families, and other supporters donate and/or help to sponsor the event.

Here’s how you can help:
1.Sponsorships: We have several levels of sponsorship available, and we need your assistance in reaching out to potential sponsors. Sponsorships provide great visibility and are essential in helping us meet our fundraising goals. Here are the sponsorship levels:
o Casino Table Sponsor - $750
Includes: Family or company name/logo featured on a Casino Table, signage, and inclusion in the electronic program and school-wide email blast.
o Jackpot Sponsor - $500
Includes: Company/family name in the event’s electronic display, signage, and inclusion in the program and email blast.
o Royal Flush Sponsor - $250
Includes: Company/family name on signage around the event, and in the electronic program and school-wide email blast.
o Roulette Sponsor - $125
Includes: Company/family name in the electronic program and school-wide email blast.
2. Auction & Raffle Donations: The heart of the Gala is the auction and raffle baskets. Local businesses, family members, etc who might be willing to contribute exciting items or experiences to fill themed baskets.
3. In-Kind Donations: In addition to financial sponsorships and auction items, in-kind donations also help cover the event's operational costs. Specific items needed are:
o Centerpieces for the event tables (either designed or donated)
o Photography services for the evening (professional photography or volunteering your skills)
o Printing services (for programs, flyers, signage, etc.)
o Decorations (items to enhance the event space)
