East Williston Seniors Celebrate Summer with End-of-Year Luncheon

On June 19th, the East Williston seniors gathered at Village Hall for their annual end-of-year luncheon, marking the start of summer with great food, music, and camaraderie.

The afternoon kicked off at 1 PM with a delicious spread provided by Brendos of Williston Park, featuring hamburgers, cheeseburgers, French fries, and fresh salad. The room was filled with music and laughter thanks to Jerome from City Sounds Music, Inc., who performed classic oldies and hosted a lively game of “Name That Tune,” complete with fun prizes.

Seniors enjoyed dancing, engaging conversations, and a sweet ending to the day with ice cream and cake. The event was a cheerful send-off before the summer break, with many already looking forward to their next luncheon in September.
